HIYA. I’m a writer and occasional actor, living in that weird bit of London that’s not really London but not really Essex.

TV writing

I was a winner of the BAFTA Rocliffe prize for TV comedy in 2016, and I’ve been writing for Hollyoaks (Channel 4, E4) since 2017. Highlights include gay character Mitchell coming out to his homophobic grandad; and a big, camp dance-off; and the reveal of mysterious character Milo’s real identity. VIEW WORK

My first professionally-produced play, Positive, was performed at the Park Theatre to glowing reviews in 2015, and was published by Playdead Press. All That was performed at the King’s Head Theatre in the summer of 2018, and I’ve self-produced some fringe stuff such as a Steps musical. Yes, really. VIEW WORK

I’ve been known to babble incessantly about all things pop culture: I currently write a fortnightly entertainment column for Metro.co.uk, and have previous bylines on The Huffington Post, Yahoo!, the Mirror, the Telegraph, and Express.co.uk. I also have my own blog for that sort of thing. VIEW WORK
