Christmas Farce opens this week – with bonus Anita Dobson!

Christmas Farce – a play of mine that had its first outing a couple of years ago – is back, bigger and better than ever, for three whole weeks, starting this Tuesday (November 28).

We’re at the good ol’ Waterloo East Theatre this time; bringing Samuel Buttery, Marc Gee-Finch, Emma Tansley and Alan Bradley on board alongside returning faves Jamie-Rose Monk, Natalie Lester, Timothy George and Katherine Edrupt. The fabulous Stephen Davies is now directing.

The play is about a company of actors putting together a crap version of the Nativity – and we’re over the moon to have had the iconic Anita Dobson record the voice of their Stage Manager.

Catch Christmas Farce at the Waterloo East Theatre until December 17. Tuesday-Saturday at 7:30, Sunday at 4:00. The first three shows (Tuesday 28, Wednesday 29, Thursday 30 November) are all cheap £10 previews, otherwise tickets are £15 full price and £13 concessions.
